It's painstaking work, but we insist on hand-picking only the highest-quality green beans - the heart and soul of a great cup of coffee. Some coffees are purchased from traders or brokers whilst other coffees are sought directly from the plantations at origin.

Through our exciting range of single origin coffees you'll experience the incredible diversity of flavours, variety of aromas and nuances of character from the worlds best coffee-growing regions. Then with a little coffee alchemy, we bring them together to create an exciting range of handmade blends, freshly roasted and delivered the same day.

Our decafs are the finest available. They are processed using the Swiss Water Process method, which is an entirely chemical-free decaffeinating process.

   We only roast to order so you'll notice the taste of the freshest, most aromatic beans in every cup.  

 

Ever wonder how coffee is decaffeinated?

Most coffees are decaffeinated using chemical solvents such as methylene chloride to extract the caffeine from the bean. Others claim to be all natural, or water based, but this is often misleading.

We have chosen the SWISS WATER® Process for our premium decaffeinated coffees since this process is healthier and better for you while delivering great taste.

The SWISS WATER® Process is a pure water, 100% chemical free method that ensures the best of the bean remains, while only the caffeine is removed.
