Single Origin Coffees
Single Origin coffee simply means it is the coffee from that particular origin. As with wines, the country the coffee is grown in plays a significant role in the flavor, body and aroma profile. This is because of varying soil types, temperatures, altitude and processing methods that the country uses. A single-origin coffee will most likely have slightly differing flavour characteristics from one season to the next.
At Witham’s we are excited to offer one of the largest selections of single-origin coffees in Sydney. Although we roast every day, please be aware that there may be a two day lead time on some of the more exotic coffees that we would not usually roast on a daily basis. We hope you enjoy!
colombian organic
Exhibits typical caramel sweetness of a Colombian coffee, with delicate aromas of fruit and flowers. Medium bodied with vibrant but not overbearing acidity. Deliciously smooth silky mouth feel with a hint of chocolate.
